Moreish nori crisps

1 sheet nori

1 summer role (rice paper)

Ramson sea salt

Rice flour


Sesame seeds black and/or white

Chilli flakes

Olive oil


Line a tray with foil and heat oven to 180 degrees C

Mix some water with the flour until you make a paste. Add a sprinkle of chilli flakes, sesame seeds and ramson salt and stir in.

Oil the foil, spread some of the rice flour paste onto the sushi sheet and lay onto the oiled foil (paste side up). Soak the rice paper in water until soft and lay on top of the nori sheet. Paste more flour paste on top and pop in the oven for 3 minutes. Flip over then paste more flour paste onto the nori and bake for 8 minutes. Take out of the oven, snip into squares (16) taste and season with extra ramson salt on top if required.
